Since 2024, we have increased our development and investment in 3D printing technology. The addition of titanium 3D printing technology offers important advantages such as optimized design, rapid prototyping, small batch production, customization and lightweight, and it is a major trend for the industry as a whole.
At present, we use precision casting in mass production and 3D printing for small batch customized products, which can take into account the needs of the lightness and weight reduction of cycling products., one-piece forming of complex structures, and high-end customization. At the same time, it avoids the problems of high manufacturing cost and environmental pollution of single-piece or small-lot products, shortens the product delivery time, and makes the production more efficient and convenient.
We plan to use 3D printing technology to produce titanium bicycle frames and parts with an annual output of more than 50,000 pieces, and will be applied to a variety of models of bicycles, aiming to provide customers around the world with better quality, higher strength, lighter and more durable titanium bicycle products.

Welding
We have a history of producing titanium frames and parts for more than thirty years. With the development of the enterprise, the welding skills of our welders are constantly improving. At present, our company has trained about 30 welders with excellent welding skills. In order to ensure that each frame has adequate welding protection, our frame has more argon gas pipelines than other manufacturers. The beauty of the welds is crucial for titanium frames. We have been working hard to ensure that the welds of each frame are beautiful under mass production and reach the industry-leading level.
Anodized
Surface anodizing of titanium alloys is a common surface treatment technique. Anodizing can form a dense, porous oxide film, which has good wear resistance, corrosion resistance and elasticity. At present, we have more than 30 colors to choose from for anodizing logo processing. We can produce various logo patterns on the surface of the frame, and both single colors and gradient colors can be realized.
