Thank you for purchasing and using titanium bicycle frame proudly handcrafted by HEBEI HANG LUN TECHNOLOGIES CO., LTD.

(Hereinafter referred to as Hang Lun for short). Now you own the titanium bicycle frame produced by Hang Lun, and in the meantime your frame owns a lifetime service provided by Hang Lun. Hang Lun gives all Hang Lun made titanium bicycle frames a limited five-year warranty against material or workmanship and a lifetime maintenance service, subject to the following conditions:

1. All Hang Lun's frames are made to orders and according to drawings confirmed by customers, we guarantee our products meet the requirements of orders/drawings. If any discrepancies against the orders/drawings happen, we will recall the product free of charge, replace or repair it;

2. If any quality problem happens within five years from the date of delivery, return & exchange requests will be accepted, cost of transportation to and from Hang Lun is covered by Hang Lun. And the transportation cost is limited to the exchange of defective frames between Hang Lun and the customer;

3. If any quality problem happens beyond the five-years time period from the date of delivery, repair services requests will be accepted, cost of repair and transportation to and from Hang Lun is the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Hang Lun does not warrant frames against any damage, failure or loss caused by abuse, neglect, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, modification, an accident or crash or other abnormal, excessive, or improper use, including, but not limited to, stunt riding, ramp jumping acrobatics or other similar activities, or in any manner for which the HEBEI HANGLUN TECHNOLOGIES CO., LTD. bicycle was not designed. Hang Lun is willingly to offer paid repair services against above situations, repair cost depends on the specific circumstances, and Hang Lun is not responsible for any other extra charges caused by these situations.

5. Normally the repair period is less than 1 month. If the repair takes longer than usual under special circumstances, Hang Lun will contact customer in advance and tell the exact completion time.

6. Every frame made by Hang Lun has its unique serial number carved on the bottom of bottom bracket, in order to track the record and offer a better after-sales service.
